This week I plan to..Mix it UP. I feel fabulous and my energy soars when I exercise and move. Whether it's running along the water, riding across the golden gate bridge, or lifting weights at the gym, an endorphin high is the best high! As I mentioned in my about page, my goal is to live until I'm 100. I have quite a few years left on the planet and I want to do two things: prevent disease and radiate. I'm a certified SPIN instructor and I took a nutrition certification course with Precision Nutrition. Now that I have a daughter, I look forward to instilling an appreciation for exercise and movement in her. I'll be sharing fitness tips and ideas for you and your family!
